Terms of Use

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the official website (the "Site") of Tateishi Topshot Villa, operated by Topshot Inc. (the "Company"). By browsing the Site, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Reservations)

This property is a notified dwelling under the Housing Accommodation Business Act (notification No.: M130061544). Reservations, payment and cancellation for this property are made through the booking engine designated by the Company (the AirHost booking engine) or via online travel agencies (OTAs). The booking conditions and cancellation policies follow the terms on each booking site; descriptions on the Site are provided as an overview.

Even if the Company later changes the cancellation policy, the policy displayed when the booking was made applies in principle to that booking.

Article 3 (Matters to observe when staying)

This property is a whole-house notified dwelling in a quiet residential area. Out of consideration for the neighbors, please refrain from parties, events and loud noise, and cooperate with rubbish sorting and a quiet stay. Use exceeding the maximum occupancy, or use that breaches house rules such as the no-smoking policy and no outdoor shoes indoors, may be declined.

Article 4 (Prohibited acts)

When using the Site, users must not engage in any of the following:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that infringe the rights of the Company, other users or third parties
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Site
• Unauthorized access or equivalent acts
• Reproducing, reposting, altering or selling the content of the Site without permission

Article 5 (Intellectual property rights)

Copyright and all other rights in the text, images, design, logos and the like on the Site belong to the Company or to third parties who hold legitimate rights.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information on the Site, and shall not be liable for any damage incurred by users as a result of using or being unable to use the Site, except in cases of the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Information on the Site about third parties, such as access information, nearby facilities and business hours, is as of the time of last confirmation and is not guaranteed to be current.

Article 7 (Links)

The Site may link to third-party websites; the Company is not responsible for the content of such third-party sites.

Article 8 (Changes to the Terms)

The Company may change these Terms without prior notice to users when it deems necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted on the Site.

Article 9 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

The interpretation and application of these Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute relating to the Site, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.
